We try to accommodate the needs of all of our clients and patients here at the Bird and Pet Clinic of Roseville. In order for us to better serve your needs we have a few policies in place to help the process run as smoothly as possible.

*We ask that all clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment, so we can check in the patient and update any documents needed.

*We do not offer in house billing. If you need a payment plan we would be happy to assist in the application for Care Credit. They offer deferred interest up to 6 months for any amount over $200, and low interest rates for any amount under $200.

*Prescription refills can take up to 48 business hours (not including Sunday)
We try to accommodate all requests equally, and we ask that we are given enough notice when you are getting low on a medication to fill it in the 48 hour timeframe.

*We require paperwork to be filled out for any patient that will be kept for any length of time whether it be for a surgery, professional dental cleaning or assessment of your pet (drop off appointment).

*We are an appointment based clinic, but we understand emergencies can happen at any time. We are here and always available to see your pet in those critical moments. There is an emergency fee that will be taken at the time of arrival. The staff and doctors will immediately assess and care for your pet.
