Drop-Off Hours


Surgical Drop Off: 7:45 am
 
Hospital Drop off: 8:00 am
 
All Patients should be picked up by 5:30 pm



Cancellation & tardiness policies:

Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes past appointment time are automatically subject to a late fee.
All appointments require a deposit to hold the appointment slot, this deposit goes toward the total cost of the appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice and no shows are automatically subject to loss of deposit.
